Before you connect the first number
The four questions that come up in every rollout conversation.
What is the difference between official and unofficial WhatsApp?
The official one (WABA) is approved by Meta, carries the verification badge and is more stable, which is what matters at volume. The unofficial one uses an ordinary number paired by QR code and suits testing and smaller operations.
Is there lock-in or a cancellation fee?
No. Plans are prepaid and flexible: you top up whatever balance you want and pay for the messages and the users active that month.
Can it be used only for support, with no bulk sending?
It can. The chat panel takes several agents on the same number, with or without AI in the middle, and bulk sending stays off if you never use it.
Does the platform hold up at high volume?
It was built for that: dedicated queues, send rate control to avoid blocks, and webhooks so your system can follow every state change.
Connect the first number today
Messenger is a separate platform, with its own panel and its own balance. The account is free and connecting takes as long as reading a QR code.
Prepaid plans, no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
